In my time as a Research Assistant and now professional Research Analyst, I have often become frustrated with many self-report questionnaires, their wording, and scoring instructions (or lack thereof). This will be an attempt at clarifying the what to do with these measures, how to score them and guidelines for if you would like to adapt a questionnaire to a specific study need. The goal is to use crowd-sourcing to make sure that when researchers site a questionnaire or use one in their studies, we will be able to compare the same questionnaire across studies (that's the point right?).
